Abstract  
In the use of compressed air systems ( pneumatic ) a lot of advantages to be gained by the use of this system , including the availability of unlimited air , easily distributed , temperature flexibility , safe , clean , power transfer and speed is very easy to set up , easily stored and easily utilized . With so many advantages , it designed a pump with pneumatic power systems . In the pump system , the pump head is something very important to know as the pump specifications . For that in this study will analyze the maximum head that can be generated by a pneumatic pump to the power system . Where in the analysis of the maximum pump head this is based on a variation of pneumatic pressure given on the pump . Where compressed air is passed through the back of the mixer nozzle and then compressed such that the air flow is increased velocity and pressure drop in the flow so that the water that is under can be lifted up and flow into the installation . Head up to the pump set with a variety of pressures ranging from 10 bar by means of an analysis using Computational Fluid Dynamic ( CFD ) and experiments in the field. After analysis it can be seen that the effectiveness of the tools and materials can be evaluated for the development of future tools .
